How does it work?

Paste your website's address and tell us what you want to make. Our AI studies your site, shows you what it understood and asks a few questions. After you pay, it writes the script, records the voiceover, adds music and animates real screens of your product. We email you when your video is ready.

How long does it take?

Most videos are ready within a few hours of you answering the brief. You can close the page — we email you the moment it's done, and the project page shows live progress while it's being made.

How long can my video be?

Accepted Answer

You choose 30, 60 or 90 seconds. So the video can end naturally, it may run up to 5 seconds longer than the length you paid for — a 30-second video can be up to 35 seconds. You can upgrade to a longer length later by paying the difference.

How much does it cost?

A single video is $19 for 30 seconds, $24 for 60 seconds or $29 for 90 seconds, paid once, with 5 AI edit credits included. 4K is $5 more per video. Agency plans are $249 a month for 10 videos or $749 a month for 30 videos.

Can I change the video after it's delivered?

Yes. Describe the change in plain words and the AI makes it. Most edits — new wording, a recoloured section, an extra scene — cost 1 credit. A big change, like restructuring the whole video, is quoted at 2–3 credits before anything runs, and you decide. Extra credits are $1 each.

How do you get screens of my product?

You choose. The AI can explore your public website by itself, you can log into a demo account in a secure sandbox browser so it can capture the inside of your app, or you can upload your own screenshots and recordings. We never ask for your password, and a saved sandbox session is deleted 30 days after delivery.

Who owns the video?

Accepted Answer

You do. Once it's paid for, you can use the finished video anywhere — your website, ads, social media, sales calls — commercially and without credit to us. We keep the project's source files so we can make your edits; they aren't handed over.

Which languages and formats are available?

Accepted Answer

The narration can be in about 30 languages. You can pick 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 or 4:5, and download your video as an MP4 in 1080p, or 4K if you added it.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

We don't offer refunds, with one exception: if we fail to deliver your video, you get a full refund. AI credits and add-ons that have been applied can't be refunded. Our Refund Policy has the details.

How do agency plans work?

An agency plan gives you 10 or 30 videos every month, each up to 90 seconds, plus monthly AI edit credits. Unused videos expire at the end of each billing month. You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the month you've paid for and doesn't renew.

Can you make ads with real people?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Ads with real people and presenter videos are coming soon. Today we make animated explainers: SaaS, product, business-model and app walkthrough videos.

Question 12

Is my content used to train AI?

Accepted Answer

No. We use what you give us only to make and edit your video. Our Privacy Policy lists the services that help us do it.
